Services & Engagements
Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement entered into between Aurelian and the client. These Terms govern your use of the Site only and do not by themselves create any obligation for us to provide services. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed services agreement, the signed services agreement controls with respect to that engagement.
Results & Performance Statements
Any results, case studies, testimonials, or performance figures described on the Site reflect specific situations and are not a guarantee, promise, or representation that you or any other client will achieve the same or similar results. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, practice area, budget, and level of participation. Any guarantee we offer is defined solely by the terms of a signed services agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the Aurelian™ name and mark, design, and layout — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.
